How Invisalign Works
Invisalign treatment involves a series of clear, plastic aligners that are individually designed to fit
your teeth. These aligners gradually move your teeth into their ideal positions over time. Typically,
each aligner is worn for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to the next one in the series.
The process begins with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Daly, where you’ll discuss your treatment
goals and determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. Using our state-of-the-art intraoral 3D
iTero scanner (no messy molds required!), we’ll capture a precise digital impression of your teeth to
create your custom aligners.
Dr. Daly personally designs your treatment plan using Invisalign’s ClinCheck software. Small, clear
attachments are bonded to your teeth to help the aligners apply gentle pressure. You'll wear aligners
20–24 hours/day, removing them only to eat and clean your teeth. Check-ups every 10–12 weeks help track
your progress.
